Delivision Kiosk Refresh
THE BACKGROUND
The current in store kiosk were oudated, hard for in store customers to navigate and had a low adoption rate leading to reduced Deli upsells sales and overwhelmed deli associates who had to handle most orders manually. This software was designed to be not only used in stores but licensed as a software to other grocery retailers.
