THE INSIGHTS
After doing an in depth brand dive, we discovered that apart of their audience that was missing out on being targeted and their current site was not optimized to smoothly bring in leads. The site was missing proper calls to action, positioning, and the imagery and branding were not in line with the ultimate goals of the business.

Our goal was to develop a site that allowed busy professionals to quickly book services on behalf of their clients as well as view work that was directly in line with the vision they had in mind for the overall space.

THE AUDIENCE PERSONA
After user research and brand strategizing we determined that the primary audience persona was interior designers and real estate professionals aged 25-35, located in the Atlanta, GA and surrounding regions. Their primary goals were developing highly aesthetic living spaces in an efficient manner. Their primary needs consisted of needed the man power to execute high level assembly and renovation services in a clean and quick manner within the project budget. The primary hesitation was messy and low quality work that wouldn't create an overall cohesive experience for their clients.

THE BACKGROUND
All Hands Assemble Services provides high quality home improvement services that add aesthetic experiences to functional spaces. They launched in 2020, and quickly grew to being a highly referred service person in Atlanta. When they came to me we had two primary goals, clean up their strategy and messaging so that they could more effectively grow their business and upgrade their user experience so that they had a clean user flow and were able to easily attract and connect with their ideal audience members.

COMPETITOR ANALYSIS
One of the primary focuses of this process was determining how best to present the unique selling proposition of the client. There was no shortage of other assembly based services especially in terms of startups that focused on providing assembly services to the everyday person so it was our primary goal to ensure the site communicated a different personalized ideal since the personal philosophies and love of the work was something deeply connected to the owner of the company. Our goal was to build a non generic site that reflected something of a magazine layout as opposed to a cookie cuter handyman website which our audience referred to a cold, corporate, and lacking personality.

THE PROCESS
Once a clear brand strategy and messaging was established, I began developing ultra-low fidelity prototypes, to get a visual layout of exactly how we wanted to the site to function, as well as developing a user flow chart from first contact to service conversion.

With the approval of the user flows as well as the first prototype, I then developed high fidelity prototypes and sent them to various users within the ideal audience group to get their direct feedback on the site. From that we implemented additional calls to actions and features like a resource center, and additional photo based testimonials.

Finally, I completed the site development using Wordpress and sent out a beta version to our primary testers to finalize any last changes.

THE RESULTS
Since its relaunch the All Hands Assemble site has had an increase in overall site visitors and and increased the site conversion rate to %. The founder of the company speaks highly of the entire process and the amount of ease the updated interface has brought to the experience as well as reporting higher levels of customer satisfaction.
