Associate Mobility Project
THE BACKGROUND
How might we develop a single unifying experience on a modern platform that will enable out associates to easily access operational tools when and where they need them without adding another device to their tool belt as measured by operational efficiencies, associate engagement and retention? The Associate Mobility Project is the highest priority project with the goal of not only rolling out amongst associates but also being licensed to other major grocery retailers.

DESIGN SYSTEM
COMPETITOR ANALYSIS

The primary competitors we focused on android launchers like Bluefletch, and employee environments like Walmarts employee portal and microsoft teams. In addition we reviewed our own legacy applications to determine to best way to encapsulate the needs of our in store associates into one system.

UPDATED SCREENS
Log in flow inclusive of temporary pin to keep associates from having to reauthenticate fully when the device times out.
iOS explorations for users desire to use the devices they already engage with on a day to day basis
PROJECT STATUS
A proof of concept has been submitted to company stakeholders as we head into the next phase of development and testing.
