THE BACKGROUND
The business was up against tight deadlines to resolve employee and customer frustration with inability to keep up with in store inventory and shelf stocking.
OUTCOMES
We devised a solution that used a preexisting in store technology Marty 2.0 Robots to scan the shelves and produce comprehensive trackable list and dashboards that could report low stock throughout the store. This allowed inventory managers to stay ahead on ordering, stocking clerks to reduce time searching up and down isles to find gaps and customers to have an improved shopping experience. ​

This software was designed to not only be used by in store associates but to also be B2B and licensed out to other grocery retailers facing similar supply chain based issues.
